Parent Workshops

"We need to value our parenting. There is a way in which no one can do a better job than you of raising your child. No paid caregivers, however skillful and loving, can feel as much excitement as you do over your baby’s every accomplishment. Parents have a unique involvement with their offspring that is nourishing to the child."

"We need to value our homemaking. We are our child’s first home…The more attention, awareness, and CREATIVITY we can put into the process, the more home life can become a platform that effectively supports every member of the family, including ourselves."

"Parents do not need a new set of rules or another authority telling them how to raise their children, only the capacity to see and understand the young child as a human being."

Sarita Sanghai is only making and trying to contribute to helping parents harness the necessary 'cognitive and intuitive knowledge' to accomplish the task. She gives us a new insight into early childhood based on the work of Rudolf Steiner and her own rich experience as mother and teacher.

“It’s what you create and what you do, not what you give lip service to…that communicate most strongly to children”.
